Fmoc-Cha-Lys-MCA
Dissolve in a small amount of DMSO or 60% acetonitrile in water with 0.1% TFA. Then dilute with water or any desired buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
