Dissolve in 25 µl of DMSO and vortex thoroughly until solution is clear. Then dilute with water or any desired buffer.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution at +4°C for up to 4 days or freeze for longer-term storage. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
