ADNA sequence encoding the human Visfatin (Met1-His491) was fused with a 6x histidine tag at the C-Terminus. The fused protein was expressed in E.Coli. M.W.~55KDa.
If carrier-free material is not required, the addition of 0.1% BSA is recommended to enhance stability and minimize absorption to vial.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
After rehydration, keep solution frozen at -20°C for up to 3 months. Aliquot before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
