ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase, ADP-ribose-L-arginine cleaving enzyme, ARH1, [Protein ADP-Ribosylarginine] Hydrolase
Description:
|Introduction ADP-ribosylarginine hydrolase, also known as ADP-ribose-L-arginine cleaving enzyme, ADPRH and ARH1, belongs to the ADP-ribosylglycohydrolase family. ADPRH catalyzes removal of mono-ADP-ribose from arginine residues of proteins in the ADP-ribosylation cycle. Which is a posttranslation modification of protein, including the addition of one or more ADP-ribose moieties. These reactions are related to cell signaling and the control of many cell processes, such as DNA re|E. coli-derived. A single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 381 amino acids (1-357) and having a molecular mass of 42.1 kDa. ADPRH is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus. Purity: > 90% by SDS-|The ADPRH solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH8.0, 10% glycerol, 1 mM DTT and 100 mM NaCl. Shipping: The product is shipped with ice |Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied. |Other ADPRH Enzymes: Recombinant Human ADPRH Enzyme
