Mouse Leptin is a 146 Amino Acid residue protein with molecular weight approximately 16kDa cloned, expressed in E.Coli and purified. The identity of the protein has been confirmed by N-terminal sequence analysis. Endotoxin level in the final preparation is <1EU/g of cytokinin (by LAL method).
Dissolve in 0.1 ml of 15 mM sterile HCl with gentle mixing until the solution becomes clear. The pH can then be adjusted back to neutral by adding 0.06 ml of 7.5 mM sterile NaOH.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
