Human Leptin is 146 Amino Acid residues protein cloned, expressed in E.Coli and purified. The purity of Leptin is>97% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The identity of the protein has been confirmed by N-terminal sequence analysis.
Dissolve at 2 mg/ml in 15 mM HCl. After protein is completely dissolved, add 3 mg/ml 7.5 mM NaOH to bring pH up to ~5.2.
For best results, rehydrate just before use.
